To assist you with equipment transfers and reconciliation of transfers we have two transactional systems; myCHEP and EDI.

myCHEP - A smarter, simpler and faster customer portal available to you 24/7 on desktop and mobile devices, myCHEP is our new portal that leverages the latest technology to enable you to quickly and easily schedule orders and collections online, and make transfers and corrections in fewer clicks. EDI - EDI lets you transfer information to CHEP from a CHEP system, your own system or a third party system. All movements must follow a standard EDI file format. Read more here
