Hire Equipment

When you collect hire equipment from any CHEP Service Centre or arrange for a delivery of the equipment to you, this means an order to hire CHEP equipment has been made. When an order is made, it will show up as a transaction on your CHEP account.

How to make an order - You can make an order for all equipment types and quantities on myCHEP. If you require assistance you can contact customer service on 13 2437 (Australia) or 0800 652 437 (New Zealand). If you are not a myCHEP or Portfolio Plus user you can register now by sending us an email or calling customer service:

Australia: Email au.customerservice@chep.com or call 13 2437 (13 CHEP).

New Zealand: Email nz.customerservice@chep.com or call 0800 65 2437.

Delivery - CHEP can arrange the delivery of your equipment to you upon request. Simply request delivery on myCHEP. If you are not a myCHEP user you can register by email or by calling customer service to find out more and to discuss alternative methods of placing orders for CHEP transport:

New Zealand: Email nz.customerservice@chep.com or call 0800 652 437.

Customers can also use their own/customer transport to pick up CHEP equipment. It is good practice to contact the CHEP Service Centre you are dealing with before picking up equipment to ensure the CHEP Service Centre has the right equipment and correct quantity available for you.
